Tell-Tale Steampunk Festival is a steampunk convention founded by Kolleen Kilduff and Donna McClaren, now in its fifth year. It is run entirely by volunteers and emphasises participant involvement over passive attendance, with hands-on crafting sessions, workshops, panel discussions, participation-based games, and themed events drawing on tea culture and Victorian whimsy.

All revenue is reinvested into the event to expand activities and improve the guest experience year on year. The festival maintains a zero-tolerance harassment policy and a published code of conduct, with the stated aim of providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for all attendees.
